Pack 1: Setup
Your Odoo environment set up properly. Stable, scalable and ready to configure.
Before you configure a single module, the foundation needs to be solid. We set up three full environments and install the required apps, so your team can test safely and production code stays clean.

Configuring the modules themselves (workflows, fields, reports, etc.) falls under Pack 4 Support or can be done on your own.
Pack 2: Governance (optional)
For organisations with 10 or more users who want to use AI safely and with full traceability.
When multiple employees work with AI in Odoo, you need to know who can do what and what has been done. This pack sets up the MCP Pro Governance app in full, from role structure to audit logging. We define up to 5 roles.

Pack 3: AI Workshop
For teams who do not just want to understand how it works, but want to start using it straight away.
Workshops can be set up per team or for the whole company. Each session is tailored to the use cases most relevant for that team.

Pack 4: Support
Your modules configured and ongoing support wherever you need it.
After setup and onboarding you want your modules configured, or you need support with adjustments, training and development. With our hour packs you buy capacity in advance. The more hours, the lower the rate.

Pack 5: API integrations
Connect Odoo to your external systems.
Odoo is the core of your operation, but you also work with a webshop or accounting package. We build and configure the integration. Pricing is on request; the final quote depends on the complexity of your setup.

Pricing depends on the number of objects to sync, the direction of synchronisation, the frequency of updates and the complexity of your current setup. After an intake session we provide a fixed price.
