Customer contact runs through ten different channels, knowledge lives in people's heads, and processes run on spreadsheets and good intentions. That's why we started Pantalytics: to help businesses create order with smart, secure software that's ready for AI.
From Utrecht, we work with manufacturing companies, wholesalers and professional services. We implement Odoo as the foundation: open source, hosted in Europe, modular. On top of that, we deploy AI where it immediately adds value. No technology for technology's sake, but tangible improvement in your daily work. Rutger Hofste is a data scientist and entrepreneur with a background in water data and climate risk. He has worked internationally at the intersection of sustainability, data and finance, with experience in technical projects for multinationals and asset managers. As founder of FourOneFour.io, he led the development of data-driven ESG solutions for European investors. Rutger combines a strong analytical background (TU Delft, National University of Singapore) with entrepreneurship. His strength lies in translating complex data into strategic insights and building technology with societal relevance.

Daniel Sloof
Business & Operations
Daniel Sloof is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in business administration and a master's in entrepreneurship. He has developed six startups, three of which have grown into scale-ups active in various sectors. Through his combination of strategic insight and hands-on implementation experience in finance, sales, operations and marketing applications, Daniel understands organizations not just technically, but especially business-wise. He quickly sees which processes and workflows truly fit the way a company works and grows. Daniel knows how to guide companies step by step through digital transitions, so innovation is built together. His strength lies in structuring and scaling businesses through thoughtful digitalization.
